By accessing or using ML Systems.dev ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ML Systems.dev is an interactive learning platform for ML/AI research engineers. We provide text-based lessons with executable code cells, diagrams, and structured learning tracks covering machine learning systems, training, inference, and related topics.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Access to certain content on the Platform may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5. Refund Policy — 7-Day No Questions Asked

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on all purchases:

  • You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date
  • No reason is required — simply contact us and we will process your refund
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • After the 7-day window, refunds are at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including lessons, code examples, diagrams, illustrations, and design — is the property of ML Systems.dev and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may access content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
  • Code examples within lessons may be used in your own projects, but the lesson content itself may not be redistributed

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically download course content
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
  • Use the Platform to distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure

8. Code Execution

The Platform provides in-browser code execution via Pyodide. Code runs locally in your browser and is not executed on our servers. You are responsible for any code you write and execute within the Platform. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from code execution.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes or career results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ML Systems.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
